We work with the best supplier in the market, SpectraUSA! They knit and dye their fabrics in the United States, in Orange County, California. Much of their cutting and sewing is processed in our factories which are located in Baja, California; a mere 195 miles from their head office/warehouse in Chino. With their manufacturing presence in North America, many of their styles are 100% NAFTA compliant, which translates directly into zero duties when shipping in the USA, or to Canada and Mexico.
Their vertical integrated local manufacturing process allows for many customization options on all of their styles, as well as allowing us to keep apparel industry jobs jobs in North America.
What is Your Return Policy?
All returns are only accepted on blank items and must be authorized by the office manager and made within 5 business days of delivery or collection. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge, with the minimum charge for restocking being $25.00. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
After 10 business days returns may still be considered but the restocking charge will be increased to 45%. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No returns will be accepted on printed or decorated garment at any time. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The cost of returning goods is entirely the customer’s responsibility unless there has been an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What is the CPSIA and How Does it Relate to Apparel?
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) is legislation which regulates how children’s clothing is manufactured and what can be used to make it. This law requires that all children’s products, including clothing, meet minimum federal safety requirements. The law also regulates clothing intended for children 12 years old and younger. The CPSIA may have particular relevance for garment printers as these regulations lower the limits of lead in paint and other coatings, like ink, that may be used on a garment.
The CPSIA also includes requirements about third-party testing, requiring the use of Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) approved labs which may issue certificates of conformity, and affix permanent tracking labels to children’s products.
